Shaun Tan
He is a consultant, trainer and speaker in the field of leadership, motivation, marketing, sales and team-building using very powerful but little-known concepts and techniques in a way no other consultant, trainer and speaker can match.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) law degree from the University of Buckingham, Buckingham, England (1989) and a Barrister-at-Law post-graduate law degree from Lincoln's Inn, London, England (1990). He was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 1992, and started practising law for a number of years before switching to the exciting world of computers and the Internet by joining a few big organisations.
Having had a taste of corporate culture and how top corporate executives work as he was one of them, Shaun now fully understands just what is required to create the changes necessary for a company to progress far beyond what it has done.

Shaun has a deep passion for Mentalism, which is the art that allows him to read strangers' minds and bend metal by using just his mind! He showcased just what he could do with the power of his mind when he started appearing in the media in a string of television and newspaper appearances in 1996 and continuing until today.
His greatest achievement so far was in February 1999, witnessed by millions of people in Malaysia. Shaun drove a 4-wheel drive Pajero a distance of 5 kilometres on public roads from Dataran Merdeka to the KLCC, while wearing a blindfold with a hood over his head!
A total of 40 policemen were involved in the event, with celebrity actress Angeline Tan of TV3's "Pi Mai Pi Mai Tang Tu" sitcom sitting beside him during the journey. This event was meant to prove to himself that he could do it, as well as re-energise and motivate Malaysians to equip themselves mentally for the tough task ahead in getting out of the recession.
It was also a showcase of great team-work by the Malaysian Police force in helping ensure that the event ran as smoothly as it could, with Shaun coordinating the entire event from start to finish.
Shaun has also demonstrated the power of his mind on more than 30 occasions in programmes such as TV3's "Face to Face" (twice), TV3's "Malaysia Hari Ini" (four times), TV3's "Majalah 3", TV2's "Moving On", Time Highway Radio, and RTM's Radio 4. He has already read the minds of singer Sharifah Aini, TV3 host Kelvin Ong, TV3 presenter Tan Lay Fern, TV3 hosts Ahmad Noor Sulaiman and Zakiah Anas, and TV2 host Richard Lo, all live on air.
He has also read the minds of TV viewers and Radio listeners and demonstrated just how powerful their own minds can be when properly trained.
He has been written about extensively in the media, appearing in the New Straits Times, The Star, The Sun, Nanyang Siang Pau, Metro Harian, Sin Chew Jit Poh, China Press, New Life Post and the Malay Mail. His incredible Blindfold Drive has even appeared on CNN News to an audience of millions around the world!
