Viknasvaran "Vicky" Ramachandran
Viknasvaran Ramachandran, popularly known as "Vicky" to his friends, started working as a Laboratory Assistant in Lablink Sdn Bhd.
Two years later he went into the field of Human Resource Development and Training by joining an established local Training firm as its becoming a Training Co-ordinator in 1990, eventually becoming a Training Consultant. He spent a total of 10 years there.
He then joined an established group of companies specialising in Information and Communication Technology as their Group Training Manager.
He holds a professional qualification from the Association of Business Executives (UK) in the field of Business Administration. For over 12 years, as a Trainer and Training Consultant, he has organised, co-ordinated and presented numerous public and in-company training courses and motivational talks. Vicky is also known and responsible for introducing Cultural Change programmes for many organisations.
Presently, he is the Principal Consultant with Odyssey Training Consultancy.
As a Training Consultant, he has conducted and organised various courses. The courses that he has been actively involved in are: -
